Going forward, all recruiter’s performance will be measured, not only against the number of roles they fill and client satisfaction but importantly against candidate satisfaction too – this means we may ask you to complete a short survey if you apply for a role with us to ensure that we are doing right by all who apply regardless of the outcome.
