Our Recruitment Process

Find a Job

Have a look at our career site here to see all of our current jobs. If we don’t have the right job for you at the moment, then take a look at the companies we work with. You can connect with them and get job alerts to be one of the first to know when a job is available.

If you have any questions about any of the roles advertised, you can email us at info@theorcompany.co.uk or call us on 01823 774205.

Apply

Once you’ve found a job that’s for you, click to apply and attach your CV and a cover letter. You can sign up to receive notifications for future job opportunities. Whether you’re searching for full-time or part-time work, we’ll do our best to help you find your ideal role with a competitive salary.

Interview Process

If your CV is shortlisted you will be asked to take part in an interview process of some kind, this may be over the phone, on a video call or in person. Often, we will send you an email alert to ask for your availability. The interview stage is an important, 2-way process and we recommend you prepare by doing your research and thinking of some important questions that you would also like to ask.

Outcome & Feedback

Following your interview, you will receive an outcome either via phone or email. We are committed to ensuring all candidates receive an outcome, whatever it may be. We recommend reading our Candidate Charter below.

Job Seekers FAQs

How can you help me to find the right job?

Finding the right job for you can be a daunting task, but there are some steps you can take to help make the process easier.

First, assess your skills and interests. Take an inventory of your strengths and weaknesses, and think about what type of job would best suit you. Consider what type of environment you would thrive in, as well as the types of tasks that you would enjoy doing.

Second, research potential job opportunities. Look for job postings that match your skills and interests, and read through the job adverts to get a better understanding of what the role entails.

Third, create a strong CV and cover letter. Your resume should be tailored to each job you apply for, highlighting your relevant skills and experiences. Make sure to include any certifications or awards that you have received.

Finally, network with people in your field. Connecting with professionals in your industry can help you gain insight into the job market, and may even lead to potential job opportunities.

At The Outsourced Recruitment Company, we are here to help you every step of the way.
