Laura O’Driscoll

Founder and Managing Director
After years of working within in-house recruitment teams for large international organisations, SMEs and private sector projects, Laura decided to set up The Outsourced Recruitment Company (formally OD Talent Solutions).
Laura is a dynamic and creative Head of Recruitment, supporting with recruitment projects, growth plans, candidate management, employer branding, recruiter and hiring manager coaching and recruitment strategy.
The Outsourced Recruitment Company was born from Laura’s vision for a better recruitment industry and service offering.
Laura is also one of our trained Mental Health First Aiders.

Dan Frye

Commercial Director
Dan joined The Outsourced Recruitment Company team in February 2024.
An accomplished professional with over ten years of experience in senior management roles for leading media companies, Dan helped steer the transition to digital media.
His entrepreneurial leadership skills have led to his successful range of enterprises, including marketing agencies, media ventures, hospitality and retail establishments.
Dan will be responsible for our commercial growth, using his expertise and contacts to expand our innovative outsourced recruitment model.

Dan joined The Outsourced Recruitment Company team in February 2024.

We’re consistent with our message that ‘recruitment isn’t HR, it’s marketing’ and that you must prioritise your employer brand. Kim, as our Employer Brand and Content Specialist, is here to support our clients with just that!
Bringing a wealth of marketing and social media experience to recruitment, Kim works closely with our clients and recruiters to build tailored employer branding strategies.
Using her years of copywriting, Kim is also responsible for most of the blogs on our website and posts you’ll see across our social media channels.
Kim is also one our trained Mental Health First Aiders.

Ellie Roach

Recruiter
Having joined our team as an Administrator in 2022, Ellie quickly demonstrated how keen she was to learn new skills and take on new opportunities. In January 2024, Ellie was promoted to Recruiter, a reflection of her hard work and progression over the years.
Ellie has worked across several clients, including one of our largest clients, in which she has taken on extra responsibility, supporting them with their military engagement. She has experience recruiting for a number of industries, including facilities management, media and journalism, engineering and corporate services.
If you’ve had the pleasure of speaking with Ellie, you will know why she receives so many compliments from both candidates and hiring managers. Customer service is incredibly important to Ellie and she demonstrates it in all that she does.

Fun Fact: Ellie is trained in Makaton BSL and has also undertaken other courses on alternative communication methods. This was inspired by the members of a Brownie group she ran. Some of the members had additional needs and Ellie wanted to ensure they felt included and had the best experience.

Liv Staples

Recruiter
Liv joined our team in April 2024 as a Recruiter. She joins us with experience recruiting for a FinTech company based in Bristol. During her time there, Liv worked on a range of roles across the globe, from software developers, sales executives, support analysts, to HR and finance positions. Starting her recruitment journey as an apprentice, Liv has also worked across HR, achieving her CIPD level 3. Outside of work, Liv enjoys riding horses, baking, going to the gym and running.

Liv joined our team in April 2024 as a Recruiter.

She joins us with experience recruiting for a FinTech company based in Bristol. During her time there, Liv worked on a range of roles across the globe, from software developers, sales executives, support analysts, to HR and finance positions.

Starting her recruitment journey as an apprentice, Liv has also worked across HR, achieving her CIPD level 3.

Outside of work, Liv enjoys riding horses, baking, going to the gym and running.

Fun Fact: Liv received a unanimous response when asking family and friends what her fun fact should be. It seems that Liv is a little bit accident prone and has injured herself doing bizarre things. Last year she managed to fracture her heel pulling a wheelbarrow. Safe to stay wheelbarrows are banned from the office!

Chief Happiness Officer
Desperate to join us, Sully came from Romania to be a part of The Outsourced Recruitment Team.
Taking his role as Chief Happiness Officer very seriously, Sully loves coming into the office and spreading joy with his assistant, Bella.
Sully can often be spotted soaking up the sunshine in the office window. He loves watching the world go by in between snoozes.

Desperate to join us, Sully came from Romania to be a part of The Outsourced Recruitment Company.

Taking his role as Chief Happiness Officer very seriously, Sully loves coming into the office and spreading joy with his assistant, Bella.

Sully can often be spotted soaking up the sunshine in the office window. He loves watching the world go by in between snoozes.

Fun Fact: Sully loves treats (especially chicken and a cheeky crumpet), long walks exploring the countryside and snoozing.

Assistant to the Chief Happiness Officer
Bella joined our team in 2023, settling in well as Sully’s assistant.
Joining us as just a puppy, the team have enjoyed watching Bella grow both in size and confidence.
Bella likes to join her brother watching out of the window but also likes to make her way around the team to check-in throughout the day. She’s a big fan of snacks and loves to let you know when she’s feeling puckish!

Bella joined our team in 2023, settling in well as Sully’s assistant.

Joining us as just a puppy, the team have enjoyed watching Bella grow both in size and confidence.

Bella likes to join her brother watching out of the window but also likes to make her way around the team to check-in throughout the day. She’s a big fan of snacks and loves to let you know when she’s feeling puckish!

Fun Fact: Despite being a large dog, Bella is a big fan of laps and loves to cuddle.
