It’s meet the team time, so say a big hello to Fran…

Fran joined our team in August 2022 and hit the ground running as our Resourcer.

A great team player with a strong work ethic, Fran is always offering her help to support other members of the team and has been busy carrying out screenings and interviews for two of our largest clients.

A lover of all things seasonal, Fran has already joined Hayley in the Christmas committee and can’t wait to fill the office with the smell of gingerbread lattes.

Name – Fran James

Job title – Resourcer

When did you start at The Outsourced Recruitment Company and what attracted you to the role?

I started on the 8th August 2022.

I had previously heard great things about Laura, the OD team, and the way in which they work. When my previous fixed-term role ended and the opportunity to join the OD team became available it was as if it was meant to be!

Outside of your role, what other things do you enjoy about work?

The hybrid working options, and that the team are close and supportive of one and other.

If you could describe your work ethic in one word, what would it be and how do you apply this in your role?

Reliable – I am dependable, consistent and trustworthy all of which contribute to being a reliable person. I believe I am reliable in my personal life, as well as my working life. If I commit to doing something I will make sure it gets done!

Outside of the workplace, what are we most likely to find you doing?

Outside of work you are likely to find me with family, enjoying fun days out, on walks in the countryside, chilling at home with a tub of ice cream, or eating out with friends!

Tell us something interesting about you

I love all things Christmas and normally get the tree up the week after Halloween!

Finally, as animals are a big part of our lives at The Outsourced Recruitment Company, what’s your spirit animal and why?

My spiritual animal is the deer, until now I had no idea! Upon taking the test and reading into this I have learnt that the deer symbolises determination, peace, and gentleness.
