IHR is the UK’s largest and most engaged community of In-house recruiters, with a membership of over 20,000. These new, national awards recognise the very best providers in the recruitment industry.
Judges at the in-house recruitment awards were looking for evidence of how our services overcome industry challenges and champion inclusiveness and accessibility. Coupled with how we use technology to ensure our services have both ease of use and flexibility. How we delight our clients, and how overall, we have a positive impact on the recruitment process.
We are over the moon about reaching the finals. This is real validation of our mission to challenge perceptions and break the mould. Bringing honesty and fairness to the forefront of the recruitment industry through an ethos of being positively different.
